Jacqueline Nunley serves as the Director, Industry Advisors for the Travel and Hospitality sector of Salesforce Industries. Jacqueline has over 20 plus years of experience in hotel distribution technologies and strategy.
Before joining Salesforce in 2018, Jacqueline served in product management and product marketing leadership positions at leading Travel & Hospitality companies, helping the industry transform the online travel marketplace. Her background includes positions at Cisco Systems, Micros Systems (Oracle Hospitality), and Sabre Hospitality. Jacqueline is a recognized thought leader and collaborates with many industry associations dedicated to the space. She had done meaningful work with Cornell University’s advisory team and most recently chaired the HTNG pillar for Marketing and Commercial Technologies (2020)
A technology geek at heart, Jacqueline has a passion for understanding consumer behavior, the ethical use of technology and how to build more meaningful connections between brands and their customers. She leverages her extensive expertise, industry knowledge, and inspiration to help hotel brands, owners, digital companies, developers, and anyone hospitality adjacent achieve organizational and financial success. Jacqueline also enjoys traveling, supporting local community art, and is currently pursuing her interests in Beekeeping.
