Born and raised in Spain, Sergio Maclean has over 20 years of experience in hospitality. His professional career has taken him through the ranks of management with The Terence Conran Group, Jean Georges, Danielle’s, Dennis Foy and executive Directorships as Operations Manager for Soho and Tribeca Grand Hotels, Director of Operations for Delicatessen Group and Corporate Director of Operations at The One Group, a publicly traded company with over 1000 employees and 150 million in yearly revenue with assets in LA, Las Vegas, Miami, Atlanta, Washington, NYC and London. Sergio has a Hotel Development certification from NYU University in New York City.
